Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EnterChatRooms.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity of any kind.
• No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• No spam, flooding, or automated abuse.
• No impersonation of other users.

Moderation

We do not store chat content, but we do act on live abuse: rate limits, content filters, kicks, and IP-level temporary bans. Room creators may remove users from their rooms. Users may report abuse; reports may include messages voluntarily shared from the reporter's own device.

Grievance

For complaints or takedown requests under applicable law, contact: grievance@enterchatrooms.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Because we store nothing, we cannot recover any conversation, for any reason.
